Is the school accredited?
The American Institute Of Holistic Theology has chosen not to seek traditional accreditation, as doing so would require a substantial increase in tuition cost to our students as well as influence the focus of our interfaith curriculum. However they are still committed to academic excellence and believe the quality of their programs is evident.

Where is The American Institute Of Holistic Theology located?
Birmingham, Alabama. There is no campus, as all the courses are entirely online.
What degree programs are offered?
IHT offers ministerial bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral level degrees in Holistic Theology. These areas of concentration are: Holistic Theology, Holistic Ministries, Holistic Health and Spiritual Care, Metaphysical Spirituality, and Alternate Spiritual Traditions.

Does AIHT offer ordination?
Yes - In 2010, AIHT will offer ordination to its graduates. It also helps direct its graduates to other colleges for ordination.
How long does it take to complete the degree program(s)?
The degree program is self paced and can be completed in between 6 months (minimum) and 5 years (maximum). Students complete 60 credit hours per program. If the course you have already taken is comparable to the one offered by AIHT, and if you have earned a grade of “C” or higher. Up to 18 credit hours may be waived. Transcripts are required for evaluation.
When may I enrol?
Students are learning using a self paced model and can enrol at any time.
Can you take the program from anywhere/even if I’m overseas?
Yes, AIHT has students from all across the U.S. and in 22 countries.
