Courses at the Chicago, IL and Arlington, VA campuses are approved by HLC.

Inclusion of the Chicago and Arlington campuses for degree-granting authority within the accreditation relationship will be reviewed through a September 2010 site visit from HLC.

The bachelor of science in nursing degree program at the Addison, Columbus, Phoenix, and St. Louis campuses is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).

The Arlington, Chicago, and Jacksonville campuses are pursuing programmatic accreditation for the bachelor of science in nursing degree program.

Chamberlain is certified to operate by the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia.
