Hogwarts Online School

I was fascinated to see that there is a virtual Hogwarts school - I was so excited that I could review and explore this school, as there is such a huge amount of potential for this.

There are a few different websites - all claiming to be Harry Potters famous online school.

You gain points by completing different assignments set by the sites organisers - or by doing good things to the teachers on the site. In all the sites, you could apply to be a teacher or a student and had to create your own character - including their strong and weak points.

The reality of these virtual Hogwarts schools was a major disappointment - they are run by different forum boards - and the quality of the English really does leave something to be desired.

As I really did see a huge marketing potential from this idea, I am afraid I would not recommend it - as most of the sites were in a very sorry state, full of dead links and of little educational or fun value.
