Looking for a law school online? What are you looking for? Online law schools give you the flexibility and skills to learn about the law at your own pace. You will need to search for colleges which offer online law studies.

You may be interested in Juris Doctor Programs, which provide the greatest career opportunities and allow you to practice law at the end of it. This degree builds up your skills, and introduces you to the different perspectives of fundamental law, as well as practical and professional skills. It also will extend your logical and critical thinking skills – essential assets of any lawyer. The 4 year part time JD exams would allow you to sit the Bar exams.

If you do not wish to practice law in the future, an online executive Juris Degree (EJD) may be more appropriate. This can be completed in 3 years part time, but does not qualify you for the Bar exams, but it does allow you to work in related areas.

There are many different law school online and you need to check that they are accredited – or you could find you cannot sit the bar exams. You will need to carefully compare the different online law schools to find one which suits your needs best.
