Parent of Student at Christa Mcauliffe Academy

My son has been enrolled for the last 3.5 years. During that time the tuition has gone up twice due to program changes that created more problems then answers.
The mentors do not get back to you with in a 24 hour time line, in fact we are lucky if they get back to you at all.
We have made several complaints, switched mentors, and still have problems with mentors following through, and getting back to the student when there are bugs with the system, or opening other classes so the student can advance.
We are stuck with Christa Mcauliffe Academy due to the credit system, if it followed the public school system credits better we would have already moved our child to the public school system.
