Academic Achievement
A project report submitted for M.A. Degree (Social Psychology) of university of Mumbai, titled "Satisfaction of Doctors, Nurses, Patients of Government and Private Hospital" has been published in half-yearly journal of "Bombay Psychological Association'*, March-September, vol. XV! 1 &2, 1999.
A comparative study was conducted to measure "satisfaction", a psychosocial phenomenon related to biological and environmental factors in terms of various expectations.
Hospital as an organization, seeks specific goals based on psychosocial phenomenon i.e. "satisfaction". The hospital was studied in the context of health service as a whole, as well as in relation to the needs of the community.
Implementation of strategies was viewed on the basis of causal factors affecting on the
hospital.

Applied social skills as well as psychological methods and counsel on psychosocial issues in the hospital's various departments i.e. indoor as well as outdoor.
Analyzed data through intensive interview and observation for cases from all departments of hospital.
Worked as an effective link between hospital and patients.
Conducted experimental research to improve needs of hospital as an organization in both the hospitals. Suggestion of strategies to be implied, based on the conclusion, helped the hospitals to improve.
