The answer is very simple - if your school is not accredited, then the degree, diploma, or any other qualification you have tried to get, will also not be worthwhile.

Who provides accreditation for nationally accredited online schools?

Nationally accredited online schools are accredited by Distance Education Training Council (DTEC). Many employers and colleges recognise these qualifications.

However it must be noted that some regionally accredited online schools and some local employers do not accept credits from DETEC. It is worth checking with your future colleges or employers before you start at any online school - to make sure you have not made any expensive mistakes.
